A New Type of Easter Egg Hunt - One Family's Experience

Thank you to Addie for sharing the following suggestion for a new type of Easter Egg hunt:

I thought I'd share with you a little activity which I am creating for my guys for Easter. I came up with the idea when we got the stations of the cross booklet from school.

Instead of a huge easter egg hunt where we get tons of chocolate which none of us need, I will be reducing the hunt to 15 little chocolate eggs per kid. I have the "MASTER BOARD" which is a piece of bristol board where each of the "written" stations of the cross have been cut out and pasted in sequential order. The object of the game is to locate hidden pictures of the 15 stations and attach them to the proper spot on the "Master Board". There is a jar of clues and easter eggs from where the kids get to collect one egg each and a clue everytime they successfully find a station, and correctly place it on the Master board. The clues are in no particular order but the kids have to figure out which station it is and match the picture to the words. For example this is the clue where the kids have to go out to the neighbourhood mailbox (which is just outside our front door) and find one of the stations:

I'm the station hidden in a special type of box.
Although you look in me nearly everyday
Nothing gets put in it if there's no work and just play.
If you're trying to move on to the next clue
Remember to bundle up and bring a key with you

Most of the clues are indoors but there are a few that take them outdoors.
