This Week's Recipes:
Raspberry Pudding Parfaits
Makes 6 servings
2 cups milk
1 3 1/2-ounce box instant vanilla pudding
1 cup frozen whipped topping thawed
1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries
1. In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2
minutes. Fold in whipped topping.
2. Spoon 1/3 of the pudding into 6 parfait bowls.
3. Set aside 6 raspberries for garnish. Divide 1/2 of the remaining
berries over pudding.
4. Repeat layers. Top with remaining pudding and garnish with
