Dine Without Whine
is the perfect tool to help your family enjoy stress free and nutritious
family dinners.
This Week's Recipes:
Main Dish Recipe

Light Lemon Cake
Makes 20 servings
1 package yellow (lemon) cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding mixes
1 3/4 cups water
3 egg whites
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1 package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
1 8-ounce container light frozen whipped topping thawed
1. In a mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, lemon pudding mix, water
and egg whites. Beat on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-28 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, extract, and vanilla pudding mix.
Beat on low for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over
cake. Store in the refrigerator.

the week that includes all the necessary ingredients to prepare the
recipes highlighted in the newsletter! All you have to do is cross off any
items you may already have on hand - add breakfast, snack or lunch items
you may need and you're ready to shop!
Recipes will be fairly simple and family friendly - meaning hopefully your
children (or picky husband) will enjoy them as well; and they will include
ingredients that you have actually heard of. (You won't have to search all
over town for that special ingredient!)
