A Weekly Menu Plan & Grocery List Delivered To Your E-mail Box

 

Christine Steendahl's Dine Without Whine is the perfect tool to help your family enjoy stress free and nutritious family dinners.


This Week's Recipes:

Main Dish Recipe
Saucy Apple Pork Chops
Makes 6 servings

2 cups applesauce
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger
6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2" thick)
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1. In a bowl, combine the applesauce, sugar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet, brown pork chops in butter; place over applesauce mixture.
3. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.

Serve with Stovetop Stuffing and Green Beans
