Dine Without Whine
is the perfect tool to help your family enjoy stress free and nutritious
family dinners.
This Week's Recipes:

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
Makes 6 servings
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 chicken cut into pieces (You can buy it this way, or use chicken
pieces of your choice - drumstick boneless skinless etc.)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a shallow glass dish or bowl, combine the crushed garlic with
the melted butter.
3. In another small bowl mix together the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley,
salt and pepper.
4. Dip chicken pieces into garlic butter, then into crumb mixture
to coat.
5. Place coated chicken pieces into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking
dish. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and bake uncovered in the
preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through
and juices run clear.

the week that includes all the necessary ingredients to prepare the
recipes highlighted in the newsletter! All you have to do is cross off any
items you may already have on hand - add breakfast, snack or lunch items
you may need and you're ready to shop!
Recipes will be fairly simple and family friendly - meaning hopefully your
children (or picky husband) will enjoy them as well; and they will include
ingredients that you have actually heard of. (You won't have to search all
over town for that special ingredient!)
