Do You Hate Exercise? Do you hate exercise, but really wish you could learn to love it? That's always been true for me! Exercise is one of those topics that no one debates - everyone knows it is necessary for good health, but not many (in America anyway) just get up off our butts and go do it. There are lots of reasons for this, but I'm sure time is the biggest factor for most people. Just like anything else though, we make time for what is important to us. We also are more likely to make time for something that we enjoy, so read this post about exercise to give you some ideas for how to learn to really and truly like exercise by finding what works for you.
