Does Fat Make You Fat? This one will be a "hard sell" for many of you, I know it certainly was for me. All we've heard for years and years was that saturated fats, like those found in whole milk, butter, cream, coconut oil, beef, etc., are evil and the cause of the heart disease epidemic going on all around us. Today I hope you'll be willing to take another look at the issue. Read through this post, "Does fat make you fat?" and then if you still have time, look over, "The Oiling of America", to find out how the myths began in the first place. I think you'll be surprised to find out that the way our ancestors ate, which included plenty of the traditional fats that God gave us, is really healthiest.
