Catholic Mom Review The first time I listened to the very first track of this beautiful music CD, I fell in love with it! Prayerful Hearts combines the angelic voices of lead singer Sharmane Adams and the "Prayerful Hearts Kids" with the great instrumental and vocal styling of Joel Wade. I found myself singing along (quite loudly, and not quite as beautifully as Sharmane) with the first song, Open My Eyes. The most wonderful aspect of this particular CD is the manner in which it sets many of our beautiful and traditional Catholic prayers to song. Within one listening, my children (boys, ages ten and seven) were singing along. The melodies of the various songs will help even the youngest child to commit to heart such prayers as Angel of God, the Angelus, and the Prayer to Saint Michael, including many others. Prayerful Hearts would be a wonderful gift for any Catholic family and would be especially appropriate as a present for children receiving Sacraments.
