Six Loaves at Once, and Other Huge Batches…

I'm a freak about good kitchen gadgets that save me time and money.  When one of my readers told me recently about her Bosch Kitchen Mixer, I was skeptical. She said that it can make up to six loaves of bread at once, and that the bread comes out softer and better tasting than the 100% whole wheat breads at the store.  Well, I tried it, and she was right!  (They're also much cheaper than the organic breads at the store.)  Not only that, you can make huge batches of other things, too, and stock up in the freezer to make your life easier.  Read more at this post on the Bosch about other things it can do.  Be sure to comment there if you have any questions.
