Thanks to my good cyber buddy Tim for sharing the link to this recent article in the New York Times which reports that kids are blessedly becoming turned off by the high priced fashions of Abercrombie. While many Catholic moms disdain the trendy store for its marketing campaign, it seems today's teens are becoming more price conscious. As a result, they are refusing to pay ridiculous prices for labels - I definitely see this trend in my own sons, who eschew just about anything that can be classified as "designer".
