I was very interested in this article commenting upon Twitter founder Evan Williams' recent response to Archbishop Vincent Nichols' comments on the spiritual and emotional dangers of social networking. As someone who is strongly in favor of the positive impact Twitter and sites like Facebook can have in our lives, I also recognize the risks inherent in them. The conversation is of great interest to me - as with so many things in life, the true keys are balance and moderation... elusive for so many of us! When Twitter went down for several hours yesterday, we managed to survive, but I have to say I missed it while it was gone.
