Reel Life Film Contest to Award $1,500 Prizes to College Undergrads
West Association of the Order of Malta seeks new Public Service Announcements
Nov. 15 – The Western Association of the Order of Malta, in an effort to foster better understanding of the Catholic Church’s support for unborn children, is sponsoring a contest for the creation of 30-second and 45-second pro-life video public service announcements (PSAs) for use by the Western Association.
Two awards of $1500 each will be presented to the best 30-second video and the best 45-second video. The contest is open to undergraduate students attending colleges or universities in California, Arizona, Washington, Hawaii and Colorado.
The videos will be promoted on YouTube, social networks, the Western Association’s website, and other media outlets as opportunities become available. Winning contestants should be available for media interviews. Submissions are due March 25, 2012.
