My friend, Mary Jo, loves cooking like I do, except she is a natural and I’ve had to work at it!  This recipe is easy to make, but does take a little time.  It goes really fast if you’re on the ball like she is and always have some meatballs made ahead and in the freezer.  Yeah, that’s not me.  :)
