Hendey](https://www.catholicmom.com/articles/author/lisa-m-hendey) ![](https://www.catholicmom.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/CRS-FaithWorks-550x141-18.png?width=550&height=141&name=CRS-FaithWorks-550x141-18.png "CRS FaithWorks") We're building a wonderful partnership with our friends at [Catholic Relief Services](http://www.catholicrelief.org/) and are happy to spread the news about their great work being done around the world. We'll be regularly sharing information and stories from both the [FaithWorks section of CRS](http://faithworks.crs.org/) and their other initiatives as well. This week, I want to point you to the following stories that are sure to inspire: - Making family resolutions for the New Year? You'll want to read & be inspired by [A Holier Family](http://faithworks.crs.org/a-holier-family/), a reflection on last Sunday's readings. - Giving thanks for a good year -- [Take a few moments to view and pray with some amazing photos](http://faithworks.crs.org/photo-friday-thanks-for-a-good-year/) of those who benefitted from Catholic Relief Services and your support in 2012. - From the United Nations’ [IRIN](http://www.irinnews.org/Report/97021/DISASTERS-Asia-s-2012-figures-and-trends) (Integrated Regional Information Networks) office comes a [good analysis of disasters in 2012 in Asia, including 10 key data findings from the year](http://newswire.crs.org/disasters-asias-2012-figures-and-trends/) - In a month when many of us are making food-related New Year's resolutions, CRS shares [10 things you need to know about hunger in 2013](http://newswire.crs.org/10-things-you-need-to-know-about-hunger-in-2013/). As always, we urge you to consider [prayerful support](http://www.catholicrelief.org/act/) and [a financial gift](https://secure.crs.org/site/Donation2?1080.donation=form1&df_id=1080&s_src=catholicmom&utm_expid=526618-8) to Catholic Relief Services. ***Copyright 2013 Lisa M.
