Summer is getting closer and closer, and what’s better than ice cream on hot day? Ice cream machines are relatively inexpensive, and you can create so many different ice cream flavors. The possibilities are endless. The walnuts can be omitted for those with nut allergies. The corn syrup in the recipe is used to maintain the soft texture of the ice cream. It can also be omitted, but you might end up with an ice cream too hard to dip your spoon into.
