Granola is just one of those things that I never buy, because I would eat the whole box in one sitting! Have you ever wondered why granola has so much more calories and fat than ordinary cereal? Well it's because it's made with oil. That's right oil! This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I wouldn't mix a couple of tablespoons of oil with my morning cereal. Would you?
Homemade granola is very easy to make, and this recipe has no oil whatsoever. Enjoy!
