Fall Trends for Mom Fall Trends for Mom

This month I was going to tell you some cute, "easy" way to make your kids a Halloween custom from random stuff around your house, but that is what Pinterest is for, right?   As we have gotten into the cooler months, you may be looking to add some new pieces to your wardrobe.  I did some research on what is trending this fall to share with you!

COLORS of the season: Burnt orange, emerald green, deep purple and winter white.

What else should you look out for??

Long Tunics with leggings and boots with over sized cardigans are back from last season
Dark well fitted jeans, boot cut or looser if you prefer
Maxi skirts- solids or fun prints can be paired with boots as it gets colder
Infinity scarves
Combat boots, knee-high boots, ankle boots, etc.
Patterns such as the Tribal and Aztec are still hot as well as wide stripes tops.

Looking for new jewelry to add to your collection?  Willemaesugar, a southern owned handmade jewelry company is managed by Hilary Dartez.  She recommends long pendant necklace and a stack of bracelets as an effortless way to elevate a simple cardigan and jean outfit.

I know I truly feel more ready for my day when I have the right outfit. Now, that "perfect" outfit may be different for each of you but take the extra time when you can to make yourself feel beautiful!  I have never thought of myself as a girly girl but as I have discovered my style (prints, bold colors, chunky jewelry, comfortable and sporty all at the same time) I have also discovered it ok to express yourself in more than just one way. Let your faith be something that draws people to you, let your style be whatever it is that you want it to be!  Have fun this fall making your look your own!
