Welcome to Day 1 of the Small Steps Blog Tour! Our theme today is Joy.

You'll find today's "small steps" over at The Practicing Catholic. We invite you to join us throughout the day in offering a rosary reflecting on the Sorrowful Mysteries. While they don't seem to go with "Joy" at first glance, when you dive deeper into meditation, it's possible to see how the Passion and death of Christ lead to a more complete joy.

The Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary:

  • The Agony in the Garden
  • The Scourging at the Pillar
  • The Crowning with Thorns
  • Carrying the Cross
  • The Crucifixion
