Just the words “Parmesan” and “garlic” sound great together, don’t they? This is a really easy recipe (my favorite kind), and a quick, flavorful chicken dish that’s super yummy as leftovers, too, so be sure to make extra! The next day we had it on chicken sandwiches with my homemade mayo; and for sandwiches, try my mayo one of these three ways. (By the way, have you seen this post on how to thicken failed mayo?
