Easy Oven Chicken

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • Johnny’s seasoning to taste (or seasoning salt of choice)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Place butter in a 9x13 baking dish and place it in the oven to melt

3. Put flour in a large Ziplock bag. Rinse chicken and place in flour bag. Shake

4. Remove melted butter from oven and place floured chicken in pan. Sprinkle with Johnny's Seasoning.

5. Bake for 30 min. flip and bake 30 min. longer - uncovered.

Vegetable Noodle Casserole

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 7 1/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 7 1/4 ounces condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1/3 teaspoon pepper 3/16 teaspoon salt
  • 10 2/3 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 10 2/3 ounces frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend, thawed
  • 1 1/3 cups frozen corn, thawed

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine soups, milk, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, pepper and salt; mix well.

2. Add noodles and vegetables; mix well.

3. Pour into a greased 13-in. x 9- in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

4. Cover and bake at 350° for 45- 50 minutes or until heated through.
