Qué casualidad que coincide con la semana del matrimonio, febrero 8 -14. Mis compañeras me preguntan como voy a celebrar. No es que no quiero rosas, sino, que quiero algo que dure más – el amor. El amor es más que un gesto, mucho más que una prenda. Es una acción, y en muchos casos, un sacrificio. El matrimonio tal vez empiece con interés y atracción, pero dura por el compromiso hecho en el sacramento de matrimonio. La gracia de un matrimonio envuelto en el amor de Dios nos sostiene, nos da ánimo, nos enseña, realmente, como amar. > El amor es paciente, es bondadoso[a]; el amor no tiene envidia; el amor no es jactancioso, no es arrogante;  no se porta indecorosamente; no busca lo suyo, no se irrita, no toma en cuenta el mal recibido;  no se regocija de la injusticia, sino que se alegra con la verdad;  todo lo sufre, todo lo cree, todo lo espera, todo lo soporta.  1 Corintios 13:4-7 ¿Cómo demostramos el amor? ¿Que estamos haciendo para mejorar nuestros matrimonios? *Copyright 2015 Maria Morera Johnson Photo by Pat Gohn.
