Big News, well at least it was to me. I have finally saved enough of my pennies to be able to purchase my first iOS device - an iPad. I always knew as a Techie Nerd Girl that I was missing out on fabulous iOS offerings, the ones not available on Android - and am already making up for lost time! My first stop -- just in time for Lent:
Magnificat Lenten Companion 2015
This one has always given me App Envy - and here's why!
- Daily I Receive right to my iPad:
- Prayer for the Morning
- Mass (though I am still not sure I will have the courage to pull our my iPad in Mass!)
- Lenten Meditation
- Prayer for the Evening; and
- Prayer at Night
You had me at Lenten Meditation! But wait, there's more...
- Other Lenten Features include:
- Chants for Lent and Easter (love Chants!)
- Prayer for Various Occasion (such as For Conversion of Heart; In Time of Temptation; and my personal favorite, For Forgiveness)
- The Stations of the Cross; and more!
Always a favorite feature in any daily app - REMINDER setting capabilities. In the Magnificat Lenten 2015 App, I can set separate reminders for:
- Prayer for the Morning
- Read Magnificat
- Prayer in the Evening
It seems I have been blessed with my iOS device, just in time to be blessed during my Lenten prayer time with The Magnificat Lenten Companion 2015.
