The Psalms are a very big part of our prayer as a Church. There's one in every Mass during the Liturgy of the Word, and the Liturgy of the Hours is full of Psalms.
One of my favorites is Psalm 62, which contains these words: "My soul, be at rest in God alone, from whom comes my hope. God alone is my rock and my salvation" (Ps. 62: 6-7, NAB). It reminds me, when I am worried about something, where to put my trust, and where my priorities should lie.
Which of the Psalms is most meaningful to you?
