#### Creating Sacred Beauty

##### Episode 5: Bryan Roach

Music takes center stage in this episode of Creating Sacred Beauty. Bryan Roach, director of the Baroque ensemble Musica Transalpina, breathes new life into ancient music that has rarely been heard before. From weddings to massive arrangements for multiple choirs, Bryan and his ensemble usher Baroque sacred music into modern day and back into the liturgy.

Bryan explains how important it is for sacred music to be rediscovered today in both secular and liturgical performances. Through his extensive research, Bryan revives a whole world of magnificent art from the golden age of music and brings it back to the stage.
