From shrines to Our Lady of Guadalupe to household portraits, Lalo’s work uses symbolism and style in his painting to touch hearts and lift minds to the sacred.
Lalo shares how his roots as a Mexican immigrant and a Catholic shape his art and offer meaning to his mission as an artist. We also learn a few tricks of his trade and discover a signature element that hides within all his paintings.
