[How Our Family Prays Each Day](https://amzn.to/3EzK7LH) was created by the father-and-son team of author Gregory K. Popcak and his son, illustrator Jacob Flores-Popcak.   ![1-64680-169-5 (1)](https://www.catholicmom.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1-64680-169-5%20(1).jpg?width=2550&name=1-64680-169-5%20(1).jpg)   Everything about this hardcover picture book is as big and bright as the cover suggests. It's eye-catching and fun, with a simple message: there are many ways families can pray together throughout the day. Of course we all think about praying together at Sunday Mass, before a meal, and at bedtime—and all of those are excellent times for family prayer. But in this cute, rhyming picture book, the Popcaks show us other times our family can join together in prayer: in thanksgiving, in asking for forgiveness, and to intercede for people in need. The last two pages of the story include a two-line prayer families can use when they leave Mass: > Lord Jesus, please come home with us > And help us to be kind. There is also a Domestic Church Prayer included in the book, which is a wonderful "anytime" prayer that could fit into your family's prayer routine in the morning, at dinnertime, or at bedtime. [*How Our Family Prays Each Day*](https://www.avemariapress.com/products/how-our-family-prays-each-day) is a cheerful, encouraging storybook that will inspire your family to creatively find ways to pray throughout the day.   ![20221017 Giveaway 2](https://www.catholicmom.com/hs-fs/hubfs/20221017%20Giveaway%202.jpeg?width=1920&name=20221017%20Giveaway%202.jpeg)   The publisher, Ave Maria Press, has shared coloring pages for our readers.
