This week, we hosted the final session of our Winter 2024 Book Club! We're reading In the Trenches: Finding God Through Parenting Littles by Kelsey Gillespy. 

In our Book Club discussion, Kelsey, acquisitions editor Sr. Allison Gliot, FSP, and editor Courtney Saponaro joined us to talk about part 4 of this book, "You Can Have It All (Without Waiting Until They're Older)." Sister Allison shared what made this book a choice for publication, and then the discussion turned to moms' yearning for spiritual growth during a time when they're very busy seeing to their families' needs, and our human temptation to try to avoid what is hard, even though Jesus instructed us to take up our cross—daily.
