We're excited to announce our Winter 2024 Book Club selection! We'll be reading In the Trenches: Finding God Through Parenting Littles by Kelsey Gillespy. Here's what this book is about:

Being a mom can be hard. Exhausting. Lonely, even. In the trenches of motherhood, you may feel like you never get a break. But what if the daily grind of raising kids could actually help you grow closer to God and discover your truest self? Through humorous stories and poignant prayer reflections, Kelsey Gillespy, a mother of five, shares insights and tips on finding God and nurturing your spiritual life through the chaos and beauty of raising littles.

How the Book Club Works:

The Catholic Mom Book Club is free to join, and everyone participates virtually. Bring along your favorite hot beverage; we'll meet for four sessions of coffee and conversation at 9:30 AM Eastern on the following Tuesdays:

January 23
January 30
February 6

Our Book Club sessions will be held on both Facebook Live and YouTube (in the Live tab). Can't make it at that time? They'll be available to watch afterward, and we'll share a recap right here on CatholicMom.com the Saturday after each session.

We hope you'll join us for some laughter, encouragement, and prayer as we chat with Kelsey about learning to enjoy this challenging and rewarding season of parenting. And we hope you'll bring a friend or two along for the fun.
