The family behind the Annie Moses Band provides a second season of Christ-centered adventure and song online and on DVD.

A year after debuting Season One of the hit Christian children’s show, The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello, which received tens of thousands of hours of streaming across multiple platforms, KIN announces the release of Season Two. This six-episode series matches the high-quality entertainment and wholesome adventure of Season One, with fresh storylines, new musical pieces, and an array of Biblical themes.

The series is produced and owned by KIN, a new media company launched by the Wolaver family to provide content of next-level excellence that not only entertains but enriches, bringing a family closer together and closer to God. The Wolavers -- which includes siblings Benjamin, Alex, and Annie, their spouses, and mother, Robin -- are a family of professional musicians, writers, and producers. Prior to diving into the Christian children’s film space with “The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello,” the Wolavers have enjoyed two decades of significant success as the Annie Moses Band, an award-winning and Emmy-nominated musical group.

Benjamin Cello 2

After encountering closed doors from secular streaming platforms, the family decided to fund Season One themselves, moving to the Tennessee countryside where they renovated a large warehouse into a full-scale film studio. “It was a lot of work,” says Alex Wolaver, KIN’s film producer, “but it has been deeply rewarding.” Unlike many modern children’s shows with their tiresome techno tracks, The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello provides viewers (both child and adult) with true and beautiful musical presentation. However, exceptional music is not the only thing that sets this children’s show apart from other entertainment.

Season Two continues with missionary zeal, the theme that motivated Season One: to spread the Biblical message of God’s love for each and every child with its unique cast of colorful characters. Benjamin Wolaver, who plays Benjamin Cello and performs on the cello, says, "When my siblings and I began having children of our own, we saw how children's entertainment was full of garish images, gaudy music, and political messages. We wanted to resurrect the classic tradition of a Fred Rogers or Mary Poppins, but with a deeply Biblical focus. Children are Jesus’ ‘little ones,’ and we want to provide our own children and others with programming that nurtures their innocence and wonder. Our hope in producing Season 2 is to impact children with the beautiful message of the Christian faith through the avenues of traditional music, gentle storytelling, and mentor figures.”

The Wonderful World of Benjamin Cello Season Two welcomes children to “the Land of the Baptized Imagination,” presenting families with timeless songs, lessons of faith and Scripture, and a creative and adventurous storyline. Utilizing puppetry, extensive and original live song and dance, intelligent character development, and timeless Biblical stories and lessons, the show presents the wonder of God’s love to children everywhere with high-quality artistry. Parents and children alike raved about Season One, and now Season Two is available for purchase on DVD and to stream online at BenjaminCello.com.
