So Easy, So Cheap Tuna Casserole
2 packages chicken flavor Ramen noodles
1 - 2 inch slice of Velveeta cheese (depending on taste preference)
1 can of tuna (packed in water)
1 Tbsp of sour cream (optional)
Make Ramen according to directions (usually 3 min. to get most of the water out); be sure to put the seasoning packets in- this makes all the difference). Mix in Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Add sour cream and tuna. Stir until well mixed. Recipe serves 4-6 and costs about $.30 per person.
**If your kids like vegetables, try adding frozen peas, carrots, or mixed veggies when you add the tuna and sour cream.
