Just smelling this in the oven will cause you to reach for the butter! YUM!"*

**Paul’s Banana Bread**

Ingredients

1. 3 ripe mashed bananas
 2. 1 cup sugar
 3. 1 egg
 4. 1 1/2 cup flour
 5. 1/4 cup melted butter
 6. 1 tsp. baking soda
 7. 1 tsp. salt

Directions

1. Mash bananas
 2. Stir in other ingredients.
