Sep 6, 2010 10:17:45 AM  |  by [Lisa M. Hendey](https://www.catholicmom.com/articles/author/lisa-m-hendey) [![](https://www.catholicmom.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/patrick_madrid_face.jpg?width=130&height=196&name=patrick_madrid_face.jpg "patrick_madrid_face")](https://www.catholicmom.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/patrick_madrid_face.jpg)As a first time author, I have mad amounts of respect for anyone who has written multiple books - I know all of the work that goes into writing, editing and promoting just one book  , so I can't imagine doing it multiple times!  That's why Patrick Madrid is so amazing to me - not only has he published multiple Catholic bestsellers, but each and every book is a true gift to his readers and to our Church. Now Patrick's done something special - he is actually surveying his friends and readers for their ideas about his next writing project.  [Visit Patrick's blog here](http://patrickmadrid.blogspot.com/2010/09/if-you-could-choose-theme-for-my-next.html) for an explanation of why he's throwing out this query and [give him your opinions here on the survey he's conducting](http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/8JSPKBH). I can't wait to see what Patrick Madrid book we will enjoy next! ### Share this article [![Share on Facebook](https://static.hubspot.com/final/img/common/icons/social/facebook-24x24.png)](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.catholicmom.com%2Farticles%2F2010%2F09%2F06%2Fwhat-will-patrick-madrid-write-next%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dfacebook) [![Share on Twitter](https://static.hubspot.com/final/img/common/icons/social/twitter-24x24.png)](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.catholicmom.com%2Farticles%2F2010%2F09%2F06%2Fwhat-will-patrick-madrid-write-next%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.catholicmom.com%2Farticles%2F2010%2F09%2F06%2Fwhat-will-patrick-madrid-write-next%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Dtwitter&source=tweetbutton&text=What%20Will%20Patrick%20Madrid%20Write%20Next%3F) [![Share on Email](https://static.hubspot.com/final/img/common/icons/social/email-24x24.png)](mailto:?subject=Check%20out%20https%3A%2F%2Fwww.catholicmom.com%2Farticles%2F2010%2F09%2F06%2Fwhat-will-patrick-madrid-write-next%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Demail%20&body=Check%20out%20https%3A%2F%2Fwww.catholicmom.com%2Farticles%2F2010%2F09%2F06%2Fwhat-will-patrick-madrid-write-next%3Futm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_source%3Demail) ** #### About the Author ![Lisa M.
