New Catholic VBS Highlights the Treasures of the Vatican

I was very happy to receive an update from my online friend Susan Lawson with Growing with the Saints. Over the years, I've had the joy of watching this amazing Catholic company create a treasure trove of wonderful Vacation Bible School resources for Catholic parishes and families. As we know, summer is a special time for families and the growing tradition of sending kids to "Vacation Bible School" or a religious camp is both fun and educational. Having trustworthy Catholic resources for VBS is a real treat for parishes, and I thank Growing with the Saints for their commitment to creating approved catechetical resources.

I'm so happy to share the good news that this coming summer, the theme for Catholic Kidz Camp will be "Vatican Express, Don't Miss the Bus!"  Here's a brief peek at the content:

Explore St. Peter's Basilica & the Sistine Chapel. Get to know St. Peter and find out how the Church started. Read about St. Jerome and his friend, Lion. Fun is just around the corner. Step into sensational skits, exciting Bible stories, creative crafts and amazing music!"
