Makes 6 servings
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup olive oil
4 to 6 tablespoons butter
1 (1-pound) package frozen shrimp, cooked
1 (1.1-ounce) package lemon herb soup mix
1. Sauté garlic in olive oil and butter for 2 minutes; add shrimp. Simmer until shrimp thaws; stir often.
2. Dissolve soup seasoning mix in one cup warm water; pour over shrimp mixture. Simmer until warmed through, about 20 minutes.
