I'm pleased to share another great project being spearheaded by our CatholicMom.com friend and contributor Allison Gingras. Allison shared the following information on her plan to develop a new series of apps that will support each of us spiritually. She shares:

Allison has taken her love for technology and faith to a whole new level with her newest project. Allison has launched a GoFundMe.com campaign to develop a Catholic Devotional App project entitled the "Words with Series". Presently there are 5 Apps planned, but she hopes to create many more with this fun new format. Each App consists of a reminder option, a short segment of scripture or spiritual writing (depending on who the "Words" are with), a one sentence reflection, and then option to read more or share on social media. The Apps, being developed my Little i Apps, will be formatted for iPhones, iPads, and all Android devices, and are scheduled to launch in early November, 2013. Allison was so incredibly excited about the project, that she stepped out in faith in contacting Little i Apps, and then turned to the popular crowd-funding method to raise the needed capital. "I felt so strongly in my heart that I was to answer, 'Yes' to the Spirit's inspiration, trusting that God would provide in all that was needed to bring it to completion."

If you want to learn more about this exciting new devotional App, you can visit www.GoFundMe.com/reconciledtoyou – there you will find more detailed information. It also fully describes the first app in the series called “Words with Jesus," and the other apps planned in the series (Words with… Mary, St. Paul, St. Therese and St. Teresa of Avila). In addition, Allison has set up fun rewards for pledging that meets every budget level. "I’d also be quite remiss if I didn't mention, that I gladly accept prayers, and I am grateful for anyone willing to share the GoFundMe link to help reach even more people."
