Steubenville, Ohio -  August 10, 2014 - Imagine Sisters, the two-year-old movement that has brought the beauty of authentic women’s religious life to over 35,000 followers and created the new vocation film Light of Love, is now planning for even bigger initiatives during what Pope Francis has dedicated as the 2015 Year of Consecrated Life.

Imagine Sisters hopes to totally re-design their website, www.imaginesisters.org, with beautiful, interactive design and richer, deeper content written by religious sisters and faithful Catholics. Imagine Sisters also plans to release an on-the-go Imagine Sisters App for smartphones to guide young women in their discernment of religious life. Furthermore, Imagine Sisters will produce a blog, video series, and printed materials that can be used during the Year of Consecrated Life and for years to come.

Up until now, the Imagine Sisters Movement has been run by a very small team of volunteers with little to no funding, but as the demand for resources has increased, so has the need for funding. **There remains the threat that if funding does not come through, Imagine Sisters will cease to exist as an organization.**

These initiatives, in conjunction with the day-to-day upkeep of this ever-expanding Movement, cannot be accomplished without the support of those who follow Imagine Sisters. The Imagine Sisters team has a great need for funding in order to pay for the above initiatives, hire a small staff (1-3 people), and subsidize office and travel expenses.

Therefore, Imagine Sisters is hosting a 33 Days for Vocations end-of-summer fundraising campaign via crowdfunding website IndieGoGo. This type of fundraising is unique in that the donor will receive a certain “perk” in exchange for a donation, such as a Twitter shoutout, Imagine Sisters merchandise, Catholic books, religious items hand-made by nuns, and much more.

Will you contribute to the Imagine Sisters Movement? Because inspiring a young woman to give her life to Christ is priceless!
