Here's a macaroni salad that makes enough for a crowd, so it's great to bring along to a potluck, picnic or party.
Macaroni Salad
1 pkg. elbow macaroni
2 cans tuna, drained (optional)
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 Cup mayonnaise
½ Cup Zesty Italian Dressing
1 heaping tsp. yellow mustard
Bell pepper slices, for garnish
Place tuna and cucumbers in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Italian dressing and mustard. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Add mayonnaise mixture to bowl with tuna and cucumbers, and stir until combined.
Place cooked and drained elbow macaroni in the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix well. Top with sliced bell peppers. Chill.
Serve cold.
