Feb 22, 2016 8:00:57 AM  |  by [Lisa M. Hendey](https://www.catholicmom.com/articles/author/lisa-m-hendey) I'm thrilled to formally announce our next CatholicMom.com Book Club selection: *[The Catholic Catalogue: A Field Guide to the Daily Acts That Make Up a Catholic Life](http://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/250712/the-catholic-catalogue-by-melissa-musick-and-anna-keating/9781101903179/)*, by Melissa Musick and Anna Keating. When I first laid my hands on an advance copy of this book, my immediate reaction was "Wow!", closely followed by, "I wish I'd had this book twenty years ago!" ![Catholic Catalogue Book Club - CatholicMom.com](https://www.catholicmom.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Catholic-Catalogue-Book-Club-CatholicMom_com-1200x628-7.jpg?width=1200&height=628&name=Catholic-Catalogue-Book-Club-CatholicMom_com-1200x628-7.jpg) Our Book Club adventure will begin on March 5th, but [we'd love for you to be sure to sign up for our reminder list today](http://catholicmom.com/catholic-catalogue-book-club/) to make sure that this one doesn't slip past you. Being a part of this virtual Book Club is as simple as reading along, but to get more involved we invite you weekly to interact with our writers, who will be reflecting here on how the book is impacting them. We also expect that both authors will be joining us regularly in the comboxes, so it's your opportunity to gain their personal insights and perspectives firsthand! To whet your appetite, here's a small look at this comprehensive resource: > *The popular mother-daughter team behind the hit website [TheCatholicCatalogue.com](http://www.TheCatholicCatalogue.com) helps readers to discover, rediscover, and embrace some of the smells and tastes, sounds and sensations, holidays and seasons of the Catholic life. This collection of prayers, crafts, devotionals and recipes will help readers make room in their busy lives for mystery and meaning, awe and joy. * > > *This beautifully designed book will help readers celebrate Catholicism throughout the years, across daily practice and milestones. Like the most useful field guides, it is divided into user-friendly sections and covers such topics as the veneration of relics, blessing your house, discovering a vocation, raising teenagers, getting a Catholic tattoo, planting a Mary garden, finding a spiritual director, and exploring your own way in the tradition.* > > *With more than 75 inspiring chapters, this book promises to be a resource that individuals and families will turn to again and again.* On March 5, when we kick things off, I'll share my interview with the authors. For the complete reading schedule and information about our Book Club, visit the [Catholic Catalogue Book Club page](http://catholicmom.com/catholic-catalogue-book-club/). ***Copyright 2016 Lisa M.
