First, remind your children that just because we might not be going to Mass doesn’t mean that God isn’t with us. Help them see this time as an opportunity for great spiritual growth, especially as a time to increase in devotion to the Blessed Sacrament in preparation for the time when we will again receive the Eucharist. One very practical way to do this is by turning to Scripture and making it fun and engaging for the whole family. Thankfully, you don’t need to search — the St. Paul Center has put together resources for you at the Quarantined Catholic Hub. Like the name suggests, it has everything you’ll need for family faith formation from home. Quarantined Catholic Hub Courtesy of the St. Paul Center. All rights reserved. • Scott Hahn’s most popular study, The Eucharist in Scripture, is available to stream completely free for a limited time. This is the study for your family to keep focused on the Eucharist and grow in love and understanding of the Mass
  • Experience Scripture come to life through the best quality production and the most engaging story telling with a one-of-a-kind subscription that grants you access to: The Eucharist in ScriptureGenesis to JesusThe Bible and the Virgin MaryThe Bible and the Sacraments, and The Catholic Table. This is the perfect option for families with a range of interests, and at only $10 a month, it’s a great bang for your buck.
  • Stay connected with the Mass with reflections on the Sunday Mass readings from Scott Hahn. Short and to the point, the reflections help the whole family understand the Mass readings and connect them to their own life
  • Take some time for your own spiritual growth. Don’t forget, it’s still Lent — spend some extra time with spiritual reading or audio. Maybe there’s a topic you’ve been interested in for a while, and now you have more flexibility to look into it
