Flávia Ghelardi shares an easy-to-make quiche recipe for a Meatless Friday breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients for the dough:

10 oz. flour
Pinch of salt
7 oz. butter
1 egg

Ingredients for the filling:

7 oz. cooked broccoli, chopped in small pieces
2 eggs
7 oz. mozzarella cheese
10 oz. whipped cream
Salt and pepper

Prepare: mix all ingredients for the dough, put in a pie pan (at least 6 inches wide). Then mix all the filling ingredients and pour it over the dough. Bake it at 350 to 375° for about 30 minutes.
