The Museum of Family Prayer announces the opening of the Third Annual 2022 Mary Garden Contest.

The third annual Mary Garden Contest is officially open!

This fun and faith-filled Mary Garden Contest invites parents, families, garden enthusiasts, parish groups, teachers, and anyone who wants to create a one-of-a-kind Mary Garden to honor Our Blessed Mother Mary is invited to participate. The contest is accepting submissions from May 24, 2022 until July 16, 2022. The winning entries will be announced on August 15, 2022.

A Mary Garden is its own reward for yourself, the entire family, and everyone who gets to take in its beauty ... but we're offering prizes too! The top three in each category will win a gift basket from the Museum of Family Prayer including items for the whole family to enjoy and embrace your faithful prayer life.

Gardening is a wonderful activity to do as a family, teaching important life skills such as patience and responsibility. We want to encourage families to pray together, wherever they are—so why not try a garden dedicated to Our Lady?

Entries will be divided into three groups:

Private/Family gardens
Community/Church gardens
Small/Apartment gardens
