Pray With Us

Who is Belinda Terro Mooney?

Belinda is an author, speaker, instructor, life coach for Catholic moms, coaches, therapists, and book coach for Catholic authors. She seeks to serve others with her God-given talents and gifts to achieve the dreams and goals God has for them. She wants to help each person be all God created them to be and make their life better. In her heart, all are welcome. It is a privilege to walk with people on the stage of their journey as an author, coach, speaker, and instructor. She believes that the more of the past we heal from and put behind us, the more energy we have for the work we are called to do now and in the future. The more we live our hopes and dreams in the present, the happier we will be in the future.

What will you love about Belinda's new book?

Ellen and Belinda share about Belinda's newest book, Pray with Us: A Saint for Every Day. It is a must-read! It will be a joy to find it under the Christmas tree for any age or stage of life. Belinda has always loved the saints. You will learn about a saint daily. You will learn to pray with them as an intercessor and discover why their feast day is so important.

As you wake up each morning, you will find yourself excited to open her book as she introduces the saint of the day. Some saints you will already know, and others you are yet to meet. Let Belinda tell you all about them. You may want to talk about a saint during dinner, as you open a meeting, or even share with friends. It will become a keepsake treasure that you can use year after year. Let us begin 2025 with a desire to learn more about the saints. Belinda will help you right along.

The person who is trustworthy in very small matters is also trustworthy in great ones; and the person who is dishonest in very small matters is also dishonest in great ones. (Luke 16:10)

Belinda has lived that Scripture verse. She is working on several things, including two poetry devotional books; her daughter designed the cover. Belinda’s vocation has always been as a wife and mother to seven children. She is at the finish line, graduating her youngest child.  Mother Teresa said,

And so, my prayer for you is that truth will bring prayer in our homes, and from the foot of prayer will be that we believe that in the poor it is Christ. And we will really believe, we will begin to love. And we will love naturally, we will try to do something. First in our own home, next door neighbor in the country we live, in the whole world. (NobelPrize.org; emphasis mine)

Belinda has become a widow and has been embarking on new territory. God has been faithful. She has kept her eyes on Jesus, and He has taught her to walk on the water of His word. She has been obedient as she runs the race to win with her mission statement before her.

Saint Bernadette became her favorite saint at a young age when she watched the movie, The Song of Bernadette. Saint Bernadette still plays a song in her heart to this day. Belinda has learned much from Saint Bernadette through her words and her life. Saint Gertrude the Great taught Belinda the power of praying to a saint on their feast day. Miracles have happened in her life as she put the saint’s words into action. There is much to learn from the saints and from Belinda. We never will know it all. In our rich Catholic faith, there is always more to learn. In her tender, gentle way, Belinda will powerfully touch the hearts of each listener.
