Families with small children at home and in-between kids, older kids, and even empty-nesters will have more fun and accomplish more with just a little bit of planning ahead. You might want to talk with your family about their goals for the summer season and make a list of activities to enjoy together. Check out local libraries and museums for cool activities that won;t break your budget. And don't forget your spiritual life! When routines change in summertime, it can be tempting to leave prayer routines behind, but look at this as an opportunity to explore a new holy place near you (a church or a shrine) and maybe even enjoy some outdoor prayer time in the morning. Let us know what your plans are for the summer and how you and your family are going to make it SENSATIONAL! We love to hear from you with feedback, questions & ideas for future podcast topics.
