Whenever I do these types of posts I’m always amazed as I think back to what was available when I first began down the road on this Real Food journey.  Thank God there was the Weston A. Price site and the Nourishing Traditions book by Sally Fallon, but that was IT.  At the time of my food conversion, there was not one other website and VERY few other books except for one here and there that hinted at some of the things I was learning.  It was very frustrating.  Now you have so much to choose from:  Online classes, e-books, menu plans, and the internet is jam-packed with websites and videos.  It’s amazing how this Real Food movement has grown!
