If you are a fan of Catholic literature, it's likely that you've enjoyed the work of G.K. Chesterton. If you haven't, it's time to bust out your library card and spend the rest of the summer discovering this Catholic literary giant. As a Chesterton fan, I was thrilled to discover the Pinterest boards of The American Chesterton Society, and especially my favorite of their boards, G.K. Chesterton Images. This particular board is a treasure trove of wonderful photographs and illustrations of the author, ranging from a compelling childhood photo to a "cigarette card". The collection also includes photos of Chesterton's beloved bride Frances. Follow  G.K. Chesterton Images, and then treat yourself to a weekend reading some of his best work. And for Chesterton fans, be sure to check out The American Chesterton Society.

And here’s this week’s tip of the week from Allison Girone of the Catholic Pinterest Group Board who has kindly agreed to offer a weekly pointer for us on how to use some best practices to enjoy and effectively employ Pinterest:

Did you know that under the tab at the top right called ABOUT, Pinterest has a blog? Fancy yourself a trendsetter or want to see what's current? Follow these posts and be a trend predictor!

If you’re a Catholic using Pinterest, please drop a link in the comments below to share your boards. Also, I’d love to hear about why you love Pinterest and how you think this latest craze might be used to spread the Good News.
