Judith Costello, MA, OCDS is a Catholic artist and freelance writer. She created www.UnwindStudio.com to promote the ways that artistic expression can relieve stress and lead to prayer. Her books include Sacred Images: A Coloring Book for Prayer, How to Pray Like the Saints: In 10 Lessons, To Mary, Our Morning Star and a new coloring book available soon.
