Jessie's Cauliflower Gnocchi with Spinach and GarlicServes 2 1 package cauliflower gnocchi (from Trader Joe's) Minced garlic to taste Olive oil for the pan Chopped spinach Parmesan cheese (optional) Prepare cauliflower gnocchi according to package directions. Add oil, garlic, and chopped spinach to pan, and sauté until spinach is cooked through and gnocchi begins to brown. Serve in bowls, topped with Parmesan cheese.
