meatless friday redesign I love when people share recipes with me -- and it's a bonus when that happens with the next generation of family members. My son in Colorado frequently texts pictures of his culinary creations, along with recipes, and one of my nieces has begun doing the same. Last week, my niece Jessie texted me a photo of a gnocchi dish she'd created, and when she told me she'd invented the recipe, I replied, "That's where the best recipes come from!" Jessie's Cauliflower Gnocchi with Spinach and Garlic

Serves 2 1 package cauliflower gnocchi (from Trader Joe's) Minced garlic to taste Olive oil for the pan Chopped spinach Parmesan cheese (optional) Prepare cauliflower gnocchi according to package directions. Add oil, garlic, and chopped spinach to pan, and sauté until spinach is cooked through and gnocchi begins to brown. Serve in bowls, topped with Parmesan cheese.
