Each year, amid the busyness of our Christmas preparations, the Advent season offers an opportunity to open our hearts and homes to the presence of God. How do we prepare our families to welcome Jesus more intentionally at Christmas?

Our team at Family Rosary and Catholic Mom worked together to create a printable family Advent calendar with short, simple activities for the whole family to do together throughout the seasons of Advent and Christmas. There are moments of prayer, suggestions for family conversations and service, and opportunities for creativity and fun.

This calendar will print in a page-per-week format, with a verse from 1 Corinthians highlighted each week, as we focus on the celebration of God's love at Christmas. Like Mary and Joseph, we are called to prepare for Jesus by practicing self-giving love in our homes.
