There's no reason you couldn't take this idea and run with it at lunch or dinner, topping a homemade pizza with veggies in that same Marian Monogram shape.

Danielle Bean made a video showing how easy it is to make a Blueberry Coffee Cake to celebrate this day! Blue is a color traditionally associated with the Blessed Mother.
