The post I wanted to tell you about today happens to be one of the many posts I've written when the comments quickly became much more informative than the post itself!  Today you can learn about making your own yogurt and cream cheese, and if you have any more questions, be sure to jump into the conversation - my readers are always teaching me many things, and I know you'll love learning from them, too.  I also can't wait to hear what YOU have to teach us!  :)
